What is MarketRun?

MarketRun sends a trusted Pekerly shopper to a real local market on your behalf. You send the list, they walk the stalls, price the items, buy them and deliver everything to your door the same day.

How is the price worked out?

You see the market cost of what was actually bought, plus the shopper's fee, before payment is completed. Prices at a market move day to day, so your shopper confirms anything that costs more than expected before buying it.

Are the shoppers checked?

Yes. Every MarketRun shopper completes identity verification and a phone check, and is approved for market work specifically. Their Trust Passport shows which checks are confirmed and when.

Can I choose the market?

Yes. Name the market you normally use, or let Pekerly pick the nearest one that stocks your list.

What if something on my list is unavailable?

Your shopper messages you from the stall with what is there, and you decide: swap it, skip it or spend a little more. Nothing is bought against your wishes.

Can I send a market run to someone else?

Yes. Save a parent or relative in Pekerly Family and the delivery goes to their address, with updates sent to them — they need no card and no app.
