How much does a home cleaning cost?
Pekerly home cleaning is priced by the hour, shown before you confirm. A standard two-bedroom home usually takes two to three hours. There are no hidden call-out charges — you see the full total, including any booking fee, before you pay.
Are your cleaners verified?
Every Pekerly cleaner completes identity verification and a phone check before they can accept work, and their Trust Passport shows exactly which checks are confirmed and when. Pekerly does not provide insurance; if something goes wrong you can report it in the app and we can refund the payment.
Can I book a same-day cleaner?
Yes. Same-day slots are offered whenever a verified cleaner is free nearby. Tell us when you need help and Pekerly matches you with available cleaners in your area.
What is included in a standard clean?
Kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, bathrooms, floors vacuumed and mopped, dusting, bins emptied and beds made. Deep-clean extras such as inside the oven, inside the fridge or interior windows can be added when you book.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many customers share access instructions in the booking chat and follow the visit through live updates, so you can see when your cleaner arrives, starts and finishes.
Can I book the same cleaner regularly?
Yes. You can favourite a cleaner and rebook them weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and Pekerly Backup arranges a replacement if they are ever unavailable.
