Build your Pekerly Runner profile
Add your services, availability and the areas you cover. Complete the identity check with our verification partner, confirm your phone number, and name two references — Pekerly sends each referee a private link and our team reviews their answers.
Start accepting visits
Your profile goes live once your identity check has passed, your phone is confirmed, both referees have replied and our team has approved their answers, your availability and payout details are set, and our team has approved your signed declaration. Households can then book you for each service our team has approved.

Three checks stand between signing up and your first visit. Your government ID check is completed securely through Persona, and you can save your progress and return anytime.
1 · Government ID check
- Have a valid passport, driver's licence or national ID ready
- Complete the secure check directly with Persona
- Persona may ask for a selfie to confirm that the ID belongs to you
Pekerly does not collect or store your ID or selfie. Persona completes the check and sends Pekerly only the verification result.

Pekerly Runner FAQs
What kind of work is on Pekerly?
Households book real, paid visits — housekeeping, laundry, cooking, organising, event help, errands, shopping and deliveries. You choose which requests to accept. Babysitting, companion and home support, and school runs are not open for new work yet; they will open only after additional safety approvals, area by area.
How is this different from a caregiver job board?
Job boards send your CV to employers and leave you waiting. Pekerly is a booking platform: households see your profile and Trust Passport, then book you directly. You get paid per visit, with no agency in between.
How much can I earn as a Pekerly Runner?
Pekerly sets one clear price per service, so pay is consistent for the same work, and you tell us what you'd like to earn within that range. Tips are yours in full, with no hidden deductions.
Do I need experience or qualifications?
Every applicant names two references, and our team reviews what each referee tells us before approving you. Pekerly does not interview applicants. You can add training certificates to your profile — these are documents you submit, shown to households as submitted by you, not as checks Pekerly has completed.
How do I get paid?
Payment is collected from the household when a booking is confirmed. Your earnings are recorded as a pending payout the moment you accept, and settle to your connected payout account on the next payout date shown in the app.
How quickly can I start working?
It depends mostly on how quickly your two referees reply — a reference only counts after the referee answers and our team approves it. Once identity, phone, references, availability, payout details and your declaration are all complete, your profile goes live, and each service opens once our team approves it.
