2. Grant of license
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Pekerly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Pekerly application for personal or internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the software or any portion of it.
3. Restrictions
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except to the extent permitted by law; (b) remove or alter any proprietary notices; (c) use the software to build a competing product; or (d) use the software in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
4. Third-party components
Pekerly is built with open-source software including React, TanStack Router, Tailwind CSS, Supabase client libraries, lucide-react icons, and other packages listed in our package.json. Each component is used under its respective license (MIT, Apache 2.0, ISC, or BSD). Full attributions are available on request.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — no fraudulent bookings, harassment of helpers or customers, circumventing background checks, or attempts to disrupt platform integrity. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pekerly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the software.
